Use of My Photography

​​After creating images for a client, friend or otherwise, the images are the intellectual property of the photographer, Gina Dover-Jaques. The photographer is the sole holder of the Copyright and is the only person who can authorise the use of her images (except for the rare cases of the Copyright Transfer).

 

When you commission Gina Dover-Jaques, you are paying for the RIGHTS to use the images, owned by the photographer (also known as License). Please always refer to Usage Rights within the contract/proposal to understand who can use the images, in which media and for what period of time. 

 

If another company contacts you asking to share my images with them, please speak with me, the photographer/owner. I will gladly share with you my usage rights/pricing for the extra license. Alternatively, simply forward the request to me, the photographer.
